Self De-Icing Pavement System

Created a renewable, grid-independent de-icing system by coupling vibration energy harvesting with resistive heating in concrete.

2 Speed Manual Transmission

Engineered a working two-speed transmission with an automatic braking system, using CAD modeling and FEA analysis to create a functional prototype capable of lifting and lowering a 2 kg load.


3D Printing Test Bed

Spearheaded the development of a modular 3D printing testbed at Modix3d, enabling the seamless testing of various hot-end assemblies with minimal custom hardware and software.

Electric Fruit and Vegetable Slicing Machine

This project involved designing and prototyping a mechanical food chopper, starting with a manual version for users with dexterity challenges and evolving into an automated, motorized model.

Rube Goldberg Machine

Designed and built a complex Rube Goldberg machine to turn off a light, starting with a marble and incorporating at least 10 different mechanical steps.


Coffee Ground Size Analysis Application

Upgraded an open-source particle analysis application with advanced image processing techniques to accurately measure coffee grind consistency and detect fines.


First Tech Challenge Robotics

Drawing upon three seasons of participation in the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics competition, I cultivated a passion for engineering and computer science.
